General features

-The diaphragm Inline Sampling-Valves, Type VALCO, operate safely and require very little maintenance.
- Flow direction and installation position can be freely selected.
- Variable operating and control pressures can be set by matching the spring force of the actuator or the actuator size to the prevalent operating conditions.
- Only trained personnel may work on the actuator.

CE labeling

- According to the Machine Guidelines/ 89/392/EWG these valves/actuators, are not regarded as machines; they can, however, be built into installations which are considered machines. In such cases, please note the following.

Caractéristiques générales

- Les Vanne d`echantion à membrane Type VANCO fonctionnent de manière très fiable et n`exigent pratiquement aucun entretien.
- Le sens d`écoulement et la position de montage sont à choix.
- Des pressions variables de service et de commande sont possibles par l`adaptation des blocs-ressorts dans le servomécanisme, ou par le choix de la dimension du servonmécanisme parmi les deux gammes de fabrication, compte tenu des conditions d`utilisation respectives.
Les travaux sur le servomécanisme ne doivent être exécutes que par du personnel technique qualifié.

Signe distinctif CE

- Conformément aux directives pour machines 89/392/CEE, ces servomécanismes/ vannes ne sont pas valables en tant que machines, toutefois en tant que machines incorporées dans une installation en cours. A ce titre, la remarque ci-dessous est à observer.

Remarque

Cependant, nous signalons expressément que la mise en service n` est pas autorisée tant qu`il n`a pas été constaté que cette machine (installation), dans laquelle ces produits sont incorporés, répond aux définitions des directives européennes pour machines 89/392/CEE.

Caratteristiche generali

- Le Valvole de "T" a membrana del Ttipo VANCO sono sicure ed affidabili non richiedono praticamente alcuna manutenzione.
- Il senso del flusso e la posizione di montaggio si possono scegliere liberamente.
- La pressione di esercizio e quella di comando possono essere determinate adattando la forza della molla dell`attuatore alle diverse condizioni di esercizio.
- Solo personale autorizzato e qualificato può mettere mano all`attuatore.

Marchio CE

- Secondo le norme 89/392 EWG questi attuatori/ valvole non sono considerati come macchine; Tuttavia possono essere installati su una macchina: In questo caso attenersi alla seguente norma.

Attenzione

Si fa presente che è vietata la messa in funzione dell`attuatore finchè non si è stabilito che la macchina (allegato) su cui è montato l`attuatore, corrisponde alle norme della CEE (89/392/EWG).
