The company BBS-Systems Bolli & Wyss was founded 1993. The joining of Bolli and Wyss enabled a close working relationship together developing and manufacturing products for the Biopharmaceutical Industry.

1. July 1995, the three companies Hematech, Wyss Werkzeugbau and BBS-Systems Bolli und Wyss merged into a single company BBS-Systems AG located in Wil (ZH) Switzerland.

Today BBS-Systems specialises in the design and manufacturing of a total modular system of high quality valves and fittings, providing technically advanced concept solutions with a flexible approach to meet market requirements and customer needs.

Since 2010 BBS-Systems AG is part of the Bürkert Group and BBS customers are served through the global network of Bürkert subsidiaries.
